Gagnon & Law Urban Planners Ltd. was retained by Ornstock Developments Limited to secure a Zoning By-law Amendment for an office complex consisting of a collection of state-of-the-art buildings, supported by ancillary commercial and retail uses. The site is located on the northwest corner of Steeles Avenue West and Mississauga Road, in the City of Brampton. It measures approximately 18.5 acres, backing onto an attractive mature open space system. The proposed buildings will accommodate the Canon National Corporate Headquarters. The Zoning By-Law Amendment was approved expeditiously.
