Mattamy, Queen and Kennedy
G & L was retained by Mattamy (Bramview) Limited (Mattamy Homes) to secure land use approvals for a mixed-use high-rise and townhouse residential redevelopment project near Queen Street and Kennedy Road, Brampton. The subject site is approximately 1.572 hectares (3.88 acres) in size and is located south of Queen Street East, west of Kennedy Road, in the City of Brampton. The project is comprised of 460 residential dwellings contained within two apartment towers , that are 22 and 14 storeys in height, and four townhouse blocks. Ground-related commercial/retail uses are also proposed. The sales office of this much anticipated project opened its doors in the Fall of 2007. |
