Michael Gagnon
Michael Gagnon is the founding Managing Principal of Gagnon & Law Urban Planners Ltd. A graduate of the School of Urban Planning at the University of Waterloo, Michael has twenty-two years of diverse experience in Planning and Master Planning. Michael is a forward-thinking, passionate individual with a dynamic approach to Urban Planning. He is also considered a visionary leader in his approach to project management. Mr. Gagnon is currently coordinating the North West Brampton Urban Boundary Expansion, one of the largest of it's kind in North America.
Michael also excels at conceptualizing and bringing to fruition the redevelopment of Brownfield sites. His versatile approach and commitment to good planning has earned him a reputation as a dependable and dedicated Urban Planner. Mr. Gagnon's advocacy of good planning principles has also lead to numerous invitations as an expert witness at the Ontario Municipal Board. Michael continuously lobbies for the best sustainable planning solutions on behalf of his clients in the Greater Toronto Area.
